We offer olive trees and related services, including delivery and optional planting within California.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

Due to the natural characteristics of living plants:

• Tree size, shape, and appearance may vary
   
• Images are for reference only
   
• Natural imperfections are not considered defects
   

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.

We provide delivery within designated service areas in California.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary
   
• Customers are responsible for ensuring proper site access
   
• If planting services are selected, customers must ensure utilities are marked and the site is prepared
   

We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, site conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Due to the nature of live plants, all sales are generally final.

If your tree arrives damaged or in poor condition, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.

Once delivered and/or planted, the care and maintenance of the tree become the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for:

• Damage due to improper watering or care
   
• Environmental stress (heat, frost, pests, soil conditions)
   
• Failure to follow care instructions
   

You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws or regulations.
